A Memory


The things we did 
The things we would see
They really meant so much to me


Days gone by
As if a dream
Water flowing in a stream


The time we had
We made it last
Never dwelling in the past

The clock wound down
there was no chime
We just came to the allotted time

Your face each day I see
As if your still here with me
Alas its just a memory
