This bug is driving me nuts if I sit around and rest I am fine but as soon as I make an effort to do anything even light exercise the cold type symptoms come back, I did 30 mins on the bike yesterday and have the sniffs and am congested again today. If its not clear by Monday I guess I need to see the Doc and see if I need antibiotics.
Anyways the good news is its the weekend have a great one and I will get around some of your posts in the morning with my coffee;)

ReplyDeleteSome of the cold/flu bugs this year seem to have been really persistent. Couple of people I work with have been unable to shake them off after nearly two months. Might be best to get it checked out with your doc. Hope you feel better soon.

ReplyDeleteYou need to rest until you are 100% better, then resume maybe 10 or 15 minutes and work your way up to 30...
